What is Emotion Mapping?
Emotion Mapping tracks the behaviour and pattern of our negative or positive reactions that are activated and launched from our subliminally stored emotions, in order to reveal, acknowledge and release them, which activates our emotional, physical and spiritual healing process.
Through Emotion Mapping, each emotion can be traced back through an Emotion Marker, our memory of the event we use to rationalise the feeling that caused the Emotive Reactionary Behaviour. The problem is we recall the incident through whichever feeling it activates and this can cause a misleading perception of the event, which is often not the source of the malady. Through Emotion Mapping we can pinpoint the initial cause and manage the negative emotion to a state of release offering relief from the cycle of unhappiness, negative emotions bring.
What is Guided Emotion Mapping?
A trained My Brilliance facilitator will guide you through the Emotion Mapping process using their empathic intuition, by tuning into the vibratory frequency of the emotions being portrayed or concealed, allowing the negative emotions to be revealed, acknowledged and released. This is a partnership entered into by the facilitator and the student as the reading of the vibratory frequency is processed through the amalgamation of the energy in action.
